CNC Machines
Nine CNC machines under one roof: five Mazak HCN 5000 horizontal machining centers, a Mazak Multiplex 6100Y twin-spindle turning center, a Mazak Quickturn 200MSY mill-turn, a Mazak Quickturn 20 turning center, and a Tsugami B0206V Swiss-type lathe. The five HCN 5000 horizontals are set up with the same tooling and fixturing, so any part can run on any of the five — if one machine needs maintenance, production moves to another without re-proving. Every horizontal is ballbar calibrated semi-annually for positioning accuracy.
